Anansi, Spider King of the West; is a reclusive deity that inhabits a cloaked and hidden village on the Forgotten Continent, accessible only via successfully passing through a labyrinthine dungeon which acts as a shrine to him. He is characterized primarily by his love of stories and tricks and has no boundaries when it comes to quelling his own boredom. When not under the guise of man, Anansi takes the form of a large, psychically charged arachnid with an aura that lures other monsters to him to ensnare them within his webs. One common symbol for Anansi is the dreamcatcher.
