“dude, i’m telling you, if bigfoot were real, he would not want to be your friend. no. no! look, i am so not having this argument again! no, i -- okay, maybe mothman, but i’m doubting the jersey devil would look twice at you!” phoenix groaned as he pulled the phone away from his ear and stared at it. though they’d only known each other six or seven years, he felt like he’d known his brother for his whole life. that said, he wanted to strangle the other boy. he glanced up and an idea struck him. “ -- hey! i've been looking for you!” he said, grabbing the shoulder of the person in some sort of thank you. they did not know what they were getting him out of. “i gotta go! i’ll call you back later, man!” 

he hung up his phone then threw his hands through the heavens in something of a thank you as he grinned at the person. “i love you. i could kiss you. i will kiss you, if you want. consider it my thanks!” it was really all he had to offer.
