uhghguh I have a physical tomorrow and I'm worried bc I usually go to the doctor w my mom but she's really sick so I either have to go on my own or my dad has to take me and I don't know what's worse, I'm also worried bc I sometimes get really anxious at the doctors office and it'll be weird with my dad there
