Piper McLean’s Appearance?
Okay, so in the books, her appearance isn’t too specific at all: just that she has kaleidoscopic eyes, choppy brown hair, is of cherokee descent, and that she’s really pretty.
So I decided to just write down a page and a half on how I imagine her looking like.
Okay, so I’ll just show it in bullet points and hope you understand it, cause I’m horrible at explaining things ⬇⬇
Her face is diamond-shaped, and she has almond-shaped eyes – so yeah, she has the same eye shape as Calypso.
Her nose is slightly wide, but not so much.
She has naturally full lips with a small and sharp cupid’s bow and are also kinda wide, if that makes sense.
Also, her lips are not the same colour as lip-gloss, and they’re not naturally pink. Because, honestly, that’s unrealistic. Anyway, they’re a medium-dark shade, like her skin, and they lean towards a purple-ish [but slightly pink] tint. [I’m sorry, I’m bad at explaining these kinda stuff].
And her skin tone isn’t like Percy’s or Annabeth’s; it’s a caramel coloured brown, you could say bronze, and they’re a warm shade.
Her eyebrows are in a soft-angled arch, and are basically perfect.
Then, idk why I had to write how she smiles. Genuine smiles, I mean.
Anyway, it’s more common for her to smile with her lips pressed together than it is for her to do it showing her teeth.
When she smiles without showing her teeth: her lips press together, making them seem flatter than they actually are, and they tilt upwards, lopsided towards the right side of her face. When she smiles [genuinely, at least], she always has dimples, generally more in the right side since her smile tilts towards there.
And when she smiles showing her teeth: her teeth are perfectly shapes at first glance, and are completely white, though not in a way that seems weird. Around the back of her mouth, though, a few teeth clash with each other and it’s a little overcrowded clutter [I’m so sorry, I’m bad at explaining this]. So yeah, when she smiles showing her teeth, she generally opens her mouth quite wide, showing almost her whole mouth. It isn’t obviously lopsided, though it tilts to the side. Both her cheeks get dimples when she smiles like that.
Now, her eyes. That’s pretty simple. Her eyes are dark brown at first, but the longer you stare at them, flecks of different colours seem to appear until they look completely kaleidoscopic, and it becomes obvious that they’re changing colours.
Her ears actually stick out, though her hair generally hides it.
Basically, all of her features perfectly balance each other, and her face is kinda perfect. Even the ‘imperfections’- the few freckles she has along her left cheekbone- looks beautiful [personally, all freckles are beautiful anyway].
And her body structure is basically like a model’s- curves and all of that stuff.
Anyway, yeah, that’s it. I’m sorry, I’m really bad at explaining stuff, but basically, that’s how I imagine Piper to look like. I’m kinda sure I’m not the only one who imagines her somewhat similar to what I just described.
I honestly wish I was good at art, if I was, I’d be drawing fanart so much lol.
