So my bestie installed a pull-up bar in our barn, right. Which isn't really a pull-up bar. It's an uneven branch that's screwed to the ceiling.

Anyway, this evening we decided to do a few sets together. In the two weeks we've had the thing, he's already improved from barely managing 1 pull-up to 3, and I went from 2 to 6, just by tweaking our technique and hanging off the ceiling daily.

Today, he was struggling on his third rep and I decided to be an absolute arse and give him the support he needed by grabbing his butt and pushing him upwards. Needless to say, we had a good laugh about it. Also needless to say, he completed the next set without my help, hahah.

Then I got way too motivated and decided to throw in some push-ups. For some reason, I can do 2 sets of 24 push-ups. Which I think is quite a lot for the average woman who's never seen a gym, lol.

"Now you!" "No, certainly not, I'll embarrass myself! I can only do 5!", he exclaimed. However, I did get him to try. And he managed to do 10!

"Who knew that having a young lady grab your butt and yell at you could make such a difference?", he laughed.

"Imagine if someone saw us, though", I replied. "We're lunatics. I mean. Your goats. They look... Disturbed."
