{ Since I've got it now in my carrd that I portray werewolves a bit differently than what is commonly seen (or used to be commonly seen anyway,) figured I just wanted to share some stuff I do a bit differently.
Jacky doesn't shift into an "almost wolf" type of creature. He fully shifts into a full wolf. This doesn't just take place during a full moon either, he can shift fully at will.
Speaking of the full moon: The full moon is not like a drug to him. He'll howl at it every now and then, but it's not like how it is in most media where the full moon hits and suddenly he's acting wild and berserk. He's the same as he always is regardless of what phase the moon is in.
Probably the most important thing that I do differently: Jacky is still fully clothed when he shift from wolf back to human. I did this mainly because the thought of him being naked when he shifts back into his human form makes me very uncomfortable and I wanted to do something different. The most he'll ever have to do is adjust his jacket or fix his hair a little bit.
Jacky has one mate. He is not overly possessive over his mate nor does he get overly jealous of him. Jacky and Michael are partners, not prisoners to each other. They know their loyalty is with each other as mates and Jacky at least doesn't feel like he needs to be a suffocating kind of possessive to make the point that Michael is his mate.
tl:dr; Jacky isn't some overly possessive, bloodthirsty monster in my portrayal of a werewolf. He's just a wolf trying to make it in the world. }
