estelle leaves the boy standing atop the hill alone , rushes down the rocky side and across the grass to a platform stilted above the ground to make as a detour if the cable ever needed to be stopped - or helped. a device pulled from a pouch at her side , buttons pressed without any error. numbers are typed , and estelle finds her way back to the bottom of the stairs , eyes never leaving the screen even as a whirring noise begins at the vault and a surge of power finds its way through. a pause , eyes glancing up - and from the foot of the hill , she gives him a wave. “ that good enough ? ”
