Hey! I love the layout of your theme cronos, I was just wondering if there was a way to filter certain tags within the boxes/sections and not just the whole box itself? Thanks 💕

Hi there ! First of all, thank you for the interest in my page 💛 There definiely is a way to achieve that but since the page isn’t coded with that purpose, it’s a little more complicated. I’ll explain how to do it after the cut, however, I might release a revamp of my old pages soon and in that case I would also release a version of cronos where you can filter the tags (just saying this in case that you rather want to wait instead of doing it yourself ahsaj)

hey! i'm using your cronos tags/navi page on my sideblog and it's super cute but i'm having a hard time figuring out how to make the filtering work? i tried following the instructions but i must just be really bad at html sorry

find this part in the html code

      & replace .filter1/.filter2 (data-filter-value=".filter1") with a class name (this won’t show up, it’s just the class you use for the filtering)(eg .movies)(there need to be a dot before the class) and replace the second filter1/2 (before ) with the word that is supposed to show up on the page (it could look like this for example: 

movies

)

then find this part in the html 

title

replace ‘filter goes here’ with the word that you wrote here ‘data-filter-value=".filter1"’ (without the dot)(for the movie example it would look like this

 and that’s basically it ! I hope this was a bit helpful but feel free to message me again if you still have any questions !

hey there! i'm trying to use your cronos navigation page (which is absolutely gorgeous btw) but my tags are extending across the page in a line instead of wrapping around and coming down to the next line. i didn't do anything with the code, i was wondering if there's some way to fix this? thanks!! :-)

aww I’m so glad that you like the page 💖💖 you need to send me a link to the page if you want me to look closer onto the problem but I guess (because someone else had the same problem) that the problem might is that you didn’t put a space inbetween the tags. If you don’t put a space there the page will think it’s just one big word and therefor won’t make line breaks. So make sure that your tag page looks like THIS and not like THIS. If that isn’t the problem you can message me again 💖💖

hi! i've got a question about your navigation/tag page (page 5: cronos)... when you try to view it, the tags are very... squished... i don't know how to explain but if you go to my tags page (/tags), you can see what i mean. is there a way to fix this? because i really love the page layout! thank you (-:

hiii ! I’m very glad that you like my page 💖💖 the problem is that you deleted the ‘tagbox’ part before the filters. like when you start a tag category it says something like this

biology

)

you have to put the word tagbox before ‘filter1′ because otherwise the page won’t display correctly. (there need to be ‘tagbox’ in every tag box you make)

update - cronos: I fixed a little issue with the overflowing tags on some themes. you don’t have to reinstall the code or anything because the css will change automatically. (shout out to @cactusthemes for helping me with this)

Hi! I love your new navigation page! Is there a way to remove the hashtag from some of the links and leave the ones that are pages without it or change the icon?

aww I’m so glad that you like it aghsjas 💖💖 which icon do you mean ? like the one next to the navigation (that shows your icon atm) ? then you just have to replace {PortraitURL-64}  with the url of the image that you want to be there. for the hashtags: sure ! there are two ways to do this actually. 

first way: 

search for this part in the css and delete it:

/* if you don't want the hashtag before the tag: delete from here*/.tagbox a:before {    content: "#";    margin-right: 2px;} /* to here */

insteadt put the hashtag in front of each tag induvidually (example: # tag).

second way: 

replace .tagbox a:before with .tagbox a:not(.nohashtag):before (in the css) and give the tags that aren’t supossed to have a hashtag the class nohashtag (example: tag)
