[The Graveyard District, Yami and Amy's homeland]
General Overview: Of the 7 world districts, the Graveyard District is the oldest one, and is deeply tied in with the supernatural and otherworldly. Made up of several broken-up masses of land connected by soul bridges, the Graveyard District is known for its endless abundance of Red Spider Lilies and the many, beautiful red soul rivers. Before visiting the district, many rules must be met, as the Graveyard District is a very high-end elegant place that many people can only dream of going to. You must be dressed in fancy attire, for if you dress casually, it is seen as rude and disrespectful. You must also prepare two sets of gifts. One for your host and one for the district's head leader [such as fine wine, expensive clothing, or even flowers not found in the Graveyard District], as a gesture of goodwill and respect. Respect is the founding principle of the Graveyard District.
Yami and Amy in relationship to the Graveyard District: Yami and Amy come from the family that rules over the Graveyard District, and are the equivalent of high-status citizens or even royalty. The workers of the Kazuichi Parlor are very smart and diligent workers that will attend to every one of Yami's or Guests of Yami's needs and have undying loyalty to the "master" of the parlor. Of course, some people do not have the same... undying loyalty as the rest, wishing to have the seat of the ruler for themselves...
Amy and Yami's guests will be treated with the utmost respect and treated like part of the family if visiting regularly. They'll be given many gifts, including local clothing, flower bouquets, homecooked meals, and a selection of many fine... fine drinks. Of course, some people are not allowed to partake in the late-night drinking that's tradition with the Kazuichi family and their guests, due to one or more reasons. Yami has not outwardly banned his friends from drinking while at his estate... but it's clear Yami isn't letting his servants serve certain friends certain drinks. But drunk Yami is a very funny story lmao
