Declan's home, located up north on the western side of Long Island, about an hour's drive from the Archer Inc. offices in Manhattan, is around 17,000 square feet, and sits on about 3 acres of land. Heavy vegetation, including a huge selection of large trees that border the property, makes the place feel rather private.
He bought it after Lily was born, having lived in the city his whole life, but wanting to give his daughter a different life. His ex wife decorated the whole thing alongside a team of interior designers, so it screams modern yet comfortable luxury.
The place holds 7 bedrooms, 7 full baths and 3 half baths, as well as a basement that includes a home gym, a wine cellar, and an indoor playground for Lily and her friends.
Declan personally only really uses a fraction of the place.
