A thing perhaps of interest to pop culture pagans, and for my own records: I cast a modified version of a ‘Patronus’ spell (from Harry Potter, of course) the previous evening, to help with anxiety and fear, and the results really surprised me! Don’t ever let anyone tell you that PC paganism will never work...!
