After Holden and Dorothea's dinner date, it was time to celebrate Holden's adult birthday. He barely spent time with his family due to his work, so he wanted an intimate party - with only his daughters and wife to celebrate the day of his birth.
They took a bunch of pictures that day, unaware that this would be one of the few moments they would spend together as a happy, complete family.

Lily is having personality issues, or at least that's what her twin says at school.
Sometimes, when she gets a bit too emotional, she bottles it all up until she's too sad to even do anything, but mope around and write in her journal. And sometimes, she vents it out by being a little bit destructive, such as smashing their favorite doll house.
It happens quite often (and luckily Holden is always there to fix it), but right now, their parents are out and little Steph is there to witness the roof cave in, squishing her doll family.
After comforting Steph, she realized that she had to find other ways to cope with her emotional outbursts. But what?
Lily wasn't the only one down in the dumps.
Both were creative in their own ways, but at least Lily was considered an art prodigy in school (though her interests seem to lie in a different form of art).
Honey, on the other hand, continuously failed to win 1st place at any talent show. Her most recent failure was the Willow Creek Elementary School Fall Talent Show. Yes, she had gotten 2nd place, but so what? She wanted the gold, not the silver.
But at least she's getting there. Just one more step. One more talent show until she ages up to a teenager. One more chance to win 1st place.

After maxing all of their toddler skills on their birthday, Lily and Honey finally aged up! Holden was practically in tears seeing them grow up so fast.

Honey failed to get into Wintercrest Preparatory School. It was pretty devastating for her since she heard they had an amazing school orchestra which she had hoped to get in with her amazing keyboard skills. Well, at least Willow Creek Grade School also had a school orchestra, but it's not as fancy as the one in Wintercrest Prep though.
Maybe she would try again in high school.
On the other hand, Lily got in! She spent the entire day wallowing in her miserable thoughts and doubts, and she finally saw her shimmer of hope from the acceptance letter, though this would mean she would be separated from her sister once more.
Well, for now, she's looking forward to her first day of school. . . at least she's having sweet dreams for once.
