Jaehwa’s shoulders and back get particularly tense at times. Blame rigid posture and bad sleeping habits.

If you were to pick one song — and only one song — to describe your character, what would it be and why?

Epica - Chasing the Dragon. For reasons that I can’t fully explain. Technically its a song about opium, but the beauty of the melody as well as the lyrics seem like they would be something that would stick to Valianthe.

Describe 5 unusual characteristics your muse has.

His eyes. Sharp and piercing. Something strangely old about them.

Fingers. Slim, quick, lightly tipped with nails longer than one would normally keep them.

Greed. Not for silly things. He wouldn’t be much of a dragon if he wasn’t greedy for precious things. Gold, silver, gems, beautiful objects - art, silks. If it has an air of decadence to it, he will crave to own it.

Magic Powers. I haven’t gone into full details about powers yet. Soon though. Soon.

He’s a dragon trapped in a human body. That’s unusual. Also my cop out because I can’t think of anything else.

I'll tell you a surefire way to make my character feel... : ☯ Calm

The sound of rain easily calms him, or the sound of a fire crackling. He enjoys those kinds of background, ambient noises that most people tune out. So being able to make either of those sounds happen near him, either by getting him to stop and listen to it happening, or producing the noise ( like from a phone or something ) somehow.

★: Valianthe smokes a pack, give or take a few cigarettes, a day. But if he's around someone who smokes as much or more than him, he'll actually end up smoking less or not at all since the joy he gets from smoking is mostly the actual smoke itself, rather than the nicotine.

★: He has no established attractions towards either genders, but he finds himself able to appreciate the aesthetics of a person. The idea of finding a humanoid figure attractive hasn't fully been accepted into his mind for a handful of reasons: their mortality, the inevitable ousting of his true self, and.. well, because he's a dragon. Dragons only found their mates via a link that would suddenly occur at a certain age and gender / looks never came into the equation.

Valianthe's strongest nervous habit is probably tapping his fingers on things, either his arm or thigh or maybe a table or nearby wall. Anything that he's able to feel like he's releasing nervous energy out on. 

He also has a habit of over analyzing things when he gets nervous or anxious. He's not fond of misinterpretting things or being wrong, so when confronted with such feelings, he always takes extra time to think about what he's been told or what he's heard. Though, his over thinking also tends to go wrong sometimes. 

Pacing. Pacing is another thing he'll do if he's really nervous. The waiting for something kind of nervous.

"Spiders," he answered quickly, a visible shudder running through his slender form. "There are just things about their form that... cause me to have a slightly irrational fear of them. Aside from that, I can think of nothing that could be characterized as a phobia."
