Hello friend, I totally support going vegan and your very important reason for doing so, this is not a comment in that. I just want to state that many of the facts related to food and science in both of those documentaries are largely misrepresented. A lot of the research they used in them not be sound or supported. But YES for going vegan, woo!

yeah i realize you can’t base decisions on everything you read and see, so i am indeed going to spend a fair amount of research into what’s really going on with diet in relation to the body. it’s just not the easiest thing. i do know dairy is bad for a fact so that’s where i’m starting.
