One of the best aspects of kpdh , to me is the fact it allows Jinu to betray Rumi and never acts like its some unpardonable sin from start to finish. It makes it clear although he wants to trust Rumi, he is still uncertain and he is not in a situation where he can gamble all of his existence on an idea Rumi has based on nothing. It never paints his sacrifice as something he has to do for Rumi and reneging in his promise to her.
Having seen many girl power oriented love stories, usually what Jinu does aka anything that makes the heroine cry is framed as something horrible and a sin no matter how big or small or whatever the circumstances is. So Kpdh is a refreshing change of pace regards to that.
