Hello, friend! May I get some of the deets on #7 hs concert - pran wears the watch, because i read those words and nearly had a heart attack,

hi hello, friend!

so, have you ever noticed that in the christmas concert flashback, pran is wearing the watch? but in most of the other flashbacks, he isn’t? particularly the flashback in which they write the song together. now, why ever would that be? what’s so special about the day of the christmas concert that he would put on that watch, the one still seemingly broken?

could it have been that he found just that little bit of extra courage he needed by putting on the watch that pat brought back to him? in other words... did pat give pran that extra bit of courage he needed to get through the concert?

anyway, here’s what little i have of this:

Pran can’t breathe. Maybe it’s the leftover scent of his dad’s cologne drifting in from the bathroom and into Pran’s room. Maybe it’s the fact that tomorrow the other students will be watching them on stage, watching Pran. Maybe it’s the way Pat is looking over at him from across the roof and into Pran’s window with that devastating smile. Whatever it is, he can’t breathe and his hands are damp with sweat. He’s gripping the edges of his notebook so tightly in his fist that his fingers hurt. He manages a small smile in return at Pat before looking down at his desk.

so the inkpa golden hour one is... okay, well first off, the rating will be explicit. and essentially pa has a really bad day at work and she comes home to see ink lying on their couch in a patch of sunlight at golden hour, so like... the vibes are all soft haziness and warmth, you know? pa’s pretty close to crying, lemme tell you. and it just kinda leads from there, though i don't have much written yet! (this takes place after they've both graduated, maybe not too long before or after pran comes home for good from singapore?)

Pa’s fingers itch for her camera. She wants to capture this moment, capture Ink just like this where she’s sleepy and soft and beautiful. Her breath hitches in her chest, fluttering up to her throat like the wings of thousands of tiny butterflies. She loves Ink so much that she aches with it. Pa shrugs off her coat and lets it fall to the floor carelessly, pulled forward helplessly. She walks closer, and Ink’s eyes slit open, the sun hitting them at just the right angle to turn them a deep, warm brown.

omg the pranpat best friend au. i have almost nothing for it, but like... okay, so i was talking to @seeking-moonscapes about it one day, as i do, and the first thing i'd thought of was pat climbing over the garage and clambering in through pran's window, and dissaya yelling up the stairs at him (good-naturedly). so ming never screwed over dissaya, he DID take over his dad's store, but he and dissaya stayed close friends, so pran, pat, and pa all grew up together <3

Pat shuts the door and drops onto the bed next to him, immediately resting his head against Pran’s shoulder and curling a hand around the crook of Pran’s elbow. Pran ignores the way his heart starts to race at the long line of warmth pressed against his side. Instead, he shifts the sketchbook to the side a little so that Pat can see better.

hi hi, my lovely! so the super secret fic is the companion piece to that one fic of yours 👀 you know the one. including a paragraph from said secret fic now:

He’s not entirely sure what has him awake ten minutes before his alarm has even gone off. Perhaps it’s the strangeness of having someone, of having Pat, in his arms. Or maybe it’s the intense warmth, like he’s laying outside on a summer day, wrapped in sunshine. Maybe it’s the pressing need to be witness to this longer, to burn the image in his mind permanently, before he lets it slip through his fingers. He brushes a careful kiss against the back of Pat’s neck, the short hairs there tickling his nose. The domesticity of it all makes his eyes burn.

and as for the great prank agenda, we talked about this earlier today and i wanted to add it to my list of hs patpran fics i'll probably eventually tackle LOL. i don't have anything written for it yet, but i was thinking of when i told you about the pranks i'd pull on my twin brother and how pat and pran would prank each other as kids and teenagers 😂

what are ur thoughts on enchanté if ur watching? i feel like people are just sleeping on it!!! ik it came right after the gloriousness that is bad buddy, but enchanté is so!!!!

hi there anon! potential enchanté spoilers below:

first, i’m definitely loving the aesthetic for the show. i love a good light academia aesthetic, you know? i was actually talking to my best friend in the car today about today’s episode and the one thing i can’t get over is just how pretty this show is. it’s so light and soft, with splashes of blues and greens. it’s so warm. i don’t know if any of this makes sense bc i am currently in a haze of pain, but just know that the aesthetic of this show, to me personally, is absolutely gorgeous. as for the story itself, while there are parts that i am certainly Hmm over, i think i’m enjoying it so far! i mean, it’s looking like mutual pining, one of my ultimate favorite tropes. i have so many thoughts about who enchanté could be!! i want to know soon, if only so akk can stop self-sabotaging, my gods. he just wants to help theo find enchanté because he sees how important it is to him, but it’s so clear that it hurts akk. on that note, akk is definitely my favorite character so far. i thought it would be theo since, like him, i am also a lit major. but nope, definitely akk. i relate so much to this foul-mouthed, naggy, unfailingly loving man, it’s quite scary actually. also back on the whole mutual pining thing; the LOOKS akk and theo give each other?? hello?? excuse me, i am a fragile, yearning lesbian, please cease immediately. i get enough of the intense yearning because of patpran, damn bro. 

also i don’t really care about most of the student ambassadors so far, (fuck you @ phupha in particular right now), but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let saifa be a good person. i am adoring him so much right now, enchanté nonsense aside. 

sorry for the tiny ramble! essentially, i’m not entirely sure where i’m at right now with this show, but i’m enjoying myself! if anyone else has any thoughts about it so far, please feel free to come scream in my inbox!

the episode 3 bus stop scene will forever be one of my favorite scenes. ask @seeking-moonscapes, i never shut up about it. the fact that it’s just so… SO?? you know?? pat looking at pran with that look of adoration and not even realizing it. pran seeing pat like this, seeing pat so close, and wanting. it kills me actually

the scene where pat gives pran his guitar back. the looks they give each other. the literal fucking stars in pran’s eyes. that same look of soft yearning on pat’s face as the one he has in episode 11, on the beach when pran is staring at the guy playing the guitar and singing. AND PAT. DOES. NOT. KNOW. yes i’m fine, why do you ask?

of course the fucking fight and rooftop scenes are going on here, what kind of person do you take me for? i don’t even have to explain, y’all KNOW

the episode 6 beach scene after pat and pran have played in the ocean together, when they’re laying on the beach and talking. something about that scene… destroys me. it’s so soft and vulnerable, so warm but also so sad in a way. because we realize then that they’ve always wondered what they’d have if their families weren’t enemies. they’re opening up to each other here, and it’s like… it’s THE confession, you know? in a way. it’s so fucking important to the story, no one can tell me otherwise

episode 9, the picnic table scene. the ENTIRE scene. the communication, the hand holding, pran feeding pat and subtly telling him “you’re mine, i’m yours, no one’s taking us away from each other again because we’re here now, together”
