Where do I even begin? You have always had my love, respect and had me in awe of you, but lately, it’s been on another level and I didn’t think that was possible! From the moment Seb told me he signed onto a project with you as Pam, I knew you were the perfect fit and were going to blow everyone’s minds. As much as I hated all the people doubting you, it also made me excited for you to prove them wrong. There was never any doubts in my mind; I knew you were going to make them eat their words. The moment those pictures came out, you shut everyone up and had everyone wanting more. Sure, hair and makeup had their part but it was your talent that made it believable. You had Pam’s mannerisms down to a T and that truly shined through in the photos, before we got any teasers or trailers. For you to silence the naysayers with just photos, proves just how deep your talent goes. And that was just the beginning. The magic you created on screen and the way you embodied Pamela’s heart and soul is honestly one of the best performances I’ve ever witnessed. No one else could even come close to playing Pamela the way you did. And as your friend, unofficial head cheerleader and someone who knew just how mind blowing your performance as Pamela was, it was so satisfying to see you make people admit they were wrong. (Just like you changed peoples views on the scandal and what happened, which I know was the goal of the show and was so important)
Words can’t express how happy I am for you to receive all this love and praise. You truly deserve it, Lils. I know things haven’t been easy with the media and their bullshit towards you over the years, but to see you taking back your power and doing it with such style and grace is so inspiring to me and inspiring to women around the world. Not only that, but you got justice for Pamela and any other woman who has gone through something similar. You telling her story was so important and something people will never and should never forget.
I am so proud to call myself your friend and I honestly can’t wait to see what you do next. There’s a reason I’m your hype woman - you truly have become one of my acting idols and someone I look up to. I hope you get some time off to enjoy all this well earned praise, success and all the good things that have come your way. Although, I’m going to miss your glam photos and killer outfits because 😍😍 damn. You have been absolutely glowing and radiant these days and I am so happy for you. I’m so sad the series is over but so happy for you, Seb and the entire cast/crew now that it’s out in its entirety! I cannot wait to witness you guys run the table with the Emmys and all the other awards and accolades you’re going to win/get! It’s going to happen and I think everyone agrees ;) congratulations on such an epic series, Lils!!
