WAIT DON'T GO LISTEN TO ME YAP ABOUT FIFTEEN X ZERO (zeroteen)
(Pls I beg of you)(tw for angst tho and maybe sensitive topics for some? It's not that bad imo. Just me yapping about their dynamic nd shit)
OKAY so first of all, I feel like most people only really acknowledge one side of their relationship (zero's side) and that kinda bugs me a little. Like in hurt/comfort only focusing on zero, in fanfics only about zero and his pov, in art too and basically EVERYTHING.
I'm not complaining too much, bc sometimes it is shown very well and I understand it's probably because we see zero more than fifteen. It's easier to show their relationship through zero because we see more of zero's character.
But like, still. I want more content of this ship with zero's character shown AND fifteen's character too.
(Very bad) For example, Y'know that one meme where one character is like "They asked for no pickles!" And the other is just standing in the background. Well, I like to see as zero orders the food bc fifteen doesn't want to talk to people and if there's anything wrong with it, then fifteen speaks up about it bc they are more likely to take her seriously than zero(also because she would probably be the most upset about it)
Like, fifteen also has problems or character traits that we can infer about her situation.
She lives in a cabin in the middle of a forest miles and miles away from any other person -> might have problems with socializing from isolation or even before she moved to the forest
Lives far away in a forest away from stores and shops for food -> hunts for her food in the forest
Plus others but I'm tired and I still have so much to yap about
Also fifteen and zero are shown very ooc for the sake of this ship. Like zero is not a crybaby or just a mindless simp for fifteen. He is a good leader and can come up with good plans/strategies, the problem is that no one takes him seriously because he can't act out those plans as good as the other zeros. He is seen as nothing. This does not make him a crybaby or soft. Just because he likes fifteen and has a crush on her does not make him a simp for her.
Fifteen is either shown as way to soft or way to hard. She wouldn't be gentle with zero but she wouldn't be rough or mean to him either. In the sub special, when zero tries to get fifteen to go to zero's bunker, she(I think she did) said "please leave me alone!" She mumbled the 'please' though. She is not willing to step outside of her boundaries for him. In tpot 20 when fourteen was chasing zero, she let him in. She wouldn't do this for anyone else bc she literally uses her flamethrower on who ever even steps foot on her property. So she does care about him.
And again, since she probably has social issues she most likely wouldn't be over the moon about his presence but she does care at least a little bit. She likes him more than the others.
I also see people making this ship have a toxic dynamic, which I see why so I can't really argue with that.
Every piece of evidence I use all just depends on Interpretation and how you see it as. I don't mean to sound rude about this, this is all just my opinion and thoughts.
I just really love them. I would love to hear your opinion about this ship(if you ship it ofc)

the thing that drives me insane abt forsaken is that it’s such a interesting story and yet it gets boiled down to “revenge for caydes death” and yet the story isn’t about caydes death or revenge at all- it’s about the PRICE of revenge and the mental toll it takes on a person. ghost constantly talks about how he’s scared of the violent person you’ve become. the story is trying to make a point about the cycle of violence- uldren kills cayde, so we kill all the barons and then uldren. what happens then? who tries to avenge uldren? who avenges the fanatic and all the barons? are we all just destined to keep taking revenge until we all die? killing uldren doesn’t bring cayde back, so is it justice? does it just makes us feel better? but it doesn’t make me feel better.
