what if mycroft was a meddler and also john and sherlock have kind of been acting like a married couple since the day they met and what if one day when mycroft stops by he dares to explicitly say something about what he thinks their relationship is only to find that he's wrong. but him being wrong is actually just him being right in a new and more annoying way. and also there's a cute little mystrade moment at the end. 4.3k. rated teen. mostly fun domestic fluff. (and a tiny dash of stress. but mostly fluff.)

in 2014 i wrote eight chapters of a johnlock + sherlock memory loss fic. this week i wrote two more chapters to give it closure. i bravely resisted the desire to rework the existing chapters. if the writing style abruptly changes between chapters eight and nine that's because it's been nearly a decade and my brain has been rewired a number of times since then. read on ao3.

happy second day after their anniversary. finally cleaned up one of the fics i've been sitting on for two years. 13k. johnlock. somewhere in the domestic pre-trf timeline. some descriptions of violence in line with half the party being held as leverage but i promise there is resolution in the form of them both sort of eventually using their words to say how they feel.

most people start with 'i love you'
