Do you think harry would be pissed if the missus didn't want him in the delivery room with her? Because giving birth absolutely terrifies me and I don't want anyone else even close to me that doesn't have to be there (I.e. Nurses and doctor) lolol
I think he’d be upset, sure. Really upset and a little frustrated. She’s giving birth to his baby and he’s not allowed in the room to watch that happen; he’s not there to see his baby being born and he’s not there to see them seconds after leaving the womb and he’s not there to cut the cord or give his wife praises and love for coping so well. He’s not there to enjoy the first second of parenthood and he’s not there to witness something that most new-dads talk about.
He’d beg her and beg her because he doesn’t want to miss it. He wants to be by her side and holding her hand and stroking her knee as she pushed and he wants to be there in case anything went wrong or she needed someone comforting, that wasn’t a midwife tucked between her legs and coaxing a baby out. It’s an opportunity of a lifetime and she doesn’t want him to be in the room, so, he’ll definitely be a little taken-back and angered at not being allowed.
But, at the end of everything, he’d be respectful of her wishesc despite the upset going through him. If she wanted to be alone when giving birth, he’d hide the anger and the upset because, really, it is her going through the pain and the labour and if she doesn’t feel comfortable with him around, then, the least he could do was wait patiently and inform everyone that they were moments from having a baby. xx
