“If you wanted to kiss me, I wouldn’t refuse! That’s all I’m saying.”
“Do fish have feelings? Do they scream? Are they upset I ate them?”
It’s two in the morning, Una. Go to sleep.
“What’s the absolute least you could get away with wearing in public? Is it a t-shirt?”
—Silence. That’s it, apparently. Only a t-shirt. As Una ponders the possibilities, it’s likely quite intentional the way the straps of her top slip down her shoulders, exposing the majority of her chest.
“I’m young and cute and I deserve a boyfriend. Or a girlfriend! Whoever wants me, I’m yours for the taking.”
“You know...when I was little, I wanted to be a cloud when I grew up. Then I thought it over a lot and decided it would make my family sad if I had to move up into the sky and leave them behind. Adult life is tough.”
“I just wanted to let you know...if you want me to put on a show, I can put on a show. I don’t mind getting up close and really personal.” She glances away. “I’m all freshly shaved and everything.”
“Can you please hold me close? I don’t want to end up alone. Even if it’s just for one moment, that’s good enough for now.”
“Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t it White Day? Where’s the return on my investments?”
