#we used to have a spandex swig thing for sensory stuff several years ago and it was the fucking best thing in the world #*swing #i could just rest in the dark with deep pressure everywhere and swing a little if i wanted and my cat would sit on my chest and the material #was cool and it was my favorite thing in the world #i don't know how to describe how wonderful it was #i have severe constant fight or flight issues due to my health conditions and that thing eased them and felt so safe #I physically can't relax but that made me feel relaxed and i could actually rest #it was so good i want to cry thinking about it it genuinely was such a helpful thing for my family to have #there was always someone in it #i hope we still have it somewhere and if we move again our ceilings are safe to have that attached to #my rambles #text
