Oh, brilliant idea, @lostinfictoo ! Immediately pictured him striking a dramatic pose so decided to give it a quick doodle, and then I was looking up outfits that are extra - only to remember that Gallifreyan fashion is already pretty extra :D

So have a super random Tentoo performing at Eurovision and being extra extra by also messing with the traditional colour scheme, just because.
