i finally made almost perfect chicken* salad with almonds and grapes but there was no pre chopped celery which i usually use only for this purpose, and i didn’t want to condemn a bunch of leftover celery to petrify in my crisper drawer, so instead i used a pre chopped medley of celery onion and green pepper. and now there’s so much raw onion in my again otherwise beautiful chicken salad. trying to find beauty in imperfection right now 🙂
whats ur fav food or is it just cheese
Despite being a rat, I'm really not a cheese guy 😔 which is why I love takoyaki (it's like arancini minus the gross cheese). I'm also a HUGE slut for really good fresh strawberry/pistachio gelato.
