Normally, Magnolia wasn’t one to run and hide. Far from it! Well, that was if a Silver Chomper didn’t use Make Like a Tree to force her to run away! Unfortunately this wasn’t quite one of those cases. Those strange monsters had appeared, much different than any Ba’al or monster she had encountered before. While her spear managed to cut them to ribbons, more of them just seemed to appear! They were stubborn little things!
That was when the girl appeared. She had ushered her own, wielding some sort of blade Magnolia had never seen before. It was a sword, she guessed from the way it was held. The girl had told her to take some shelter, but her clumsy strokes just told Magnolia she was... somewhat inexperienced in fighting. She wasn’t filled with too much confidence, but her strange weapon seemed to defeat them easily. Taking a leap of faith to trust this strange girl, the woman decided to hide behind a tree for her cover.
It didn’t take long for her to dispatch the group of them. Only then Magnolia peeked out from behind the tree with a concerned expression. She took on all those monsters by herself? Despite the white haired woman’s internal comments about clumsy strokes, this girl had spunk!
“Oh! Are you alright? I’m sure I have something for you...” She said while trotting towards the girl. Maybe a potion or at least Magnolia could tap into some kind of healing magic?
