UHHH basically for us ( we dunno if this is an official term or not wahhh ) it means we know we are a traumagenic system , we just don 't know what exact traumatic event caused it . we have multiple traumatic events in our lives that we remember , but most of our childhood is " blacked out " so to speak . we can barely remember it , and we vaguely recall certain years of our life being extremely miserable ( potentially traumatic ) , but we don 't know the exact cause of the misery or how and when it started . we also don 't plan on getting too into the trauma or what exactly that traumatic event was . for us , there was a reason it was blocked out AND we have a disorder for it . it must have been really bad . and we already remember enough bad things in our life .
