[NOTICE] btsgfx Admin Recruitment!
Hi, everyone!! We are looking for at least 2 admins to join btsgfx. Below is a comprehensive list of a btsgfx admin’s responsibilities, requirements to apply, and our preferences so you have an idea of what being a btsgfx admin means. Bullets with an asterisk (*) matter the most!
Admin Responsibilities:
Reblog content that fits our policies from #btsgfx and dashboard
Send policy violation IMs for inappropriate posts in #btsgfx
Review original content directory applications and update directory
Communicate with admins via KakaoTalk group chat
Consult and expand on btsgfx admin manual
Create report posts from submissions sent via our reporting system
Update faq & polices page as policy changes are made
Maintain directory application and infringement report systems
Answer questions directed to btsgfx
Requirements:
Fluent in English
Will communicate with other admins timely and effectively
Will commit time to keep btsgfx’ basic duties functioning
Will contribute ideas to better develop btsgfx as a creative community *
Believe crediting and respecting content creators’ terms is important *
Have all original BTS works, if any, follow fansite rules (logos kept intact following 2014) and btsgfx’ policies regarding caption crediting and outside fandom media usage *
Preferences:
Has experience creating graphics or other content on Photoshop *
Has knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or Javascript
Has experience as an admin or managing a shared sideblog
Conversational or fluent in Korean, Mandarin, Japanese, or other language(s)
