Honestly, i dont know lol i never made any effort to develop a specific kink. It just happens on its own. So sorry this isnt much of an answer.

The only thing i can think of is to like condition yourself to like it by jerking off at something you dont necessarily find hot, but eventually your brain will just associate the stimuli. Gradually push your own limits. Start with things that aren't disturbing to you (your comfort zone), and start introducing things that make you flinch or cringe when you see it, but dont give you a terrible visceral reaction or make you nauseous or whatever. Unless youre into that. Eventually what made you uncomfortable will be your new comfort zone, and what made you sick will just make you mildly uncomfortable. And so on.

Maybe it would help to know whether youre more of a sadist or masochist. I like both, but i tend to imagine myself as the torturer in those scenarios.
