Month3/ Weight in 5
So i just weighted myself and am proud to say that from 178/9 (iweighted myself and didnt post about it) I am now a nice 169!!! I feel awesome! :) I've been working out like crazy, I get up in the mornings and go for a bike ride then when I get back I workout and then just go about my day and then workout at the end of my day, and no matter what I eat as healthy as I possibly can. So far I haven't had any cravings I haven't been able to handle and I haven't been as hungry as I was before. The reason I'm going so hard into exercising is because a few weeks ago i had to run to the corner store up the block so i ran the whole way there and back home and it took 20 minutes for my breathing to regulate, I'm about to start running tomorrow so that won't happen again, I hadn't realized how out of shape I was until then, but i'm making an effort to improve my health and that's what counts.
