One of the things that I despise about AI (aside from the blatant theft, misinformation, pollution, etc) is that the way it "writes" sounds so similar to how I write.
I use things like "It's not [A], it's [B]", em dashes, groups of 3, relating things and ideas constantly, fancy words, etc. But I do that since that's just how my brain works and how I talk when I want to sound more formal. I compare and contrast things when explaining since that's just how I process it, I use breaks or em dashes when adding another word feels clunky, I like using more uncommon words since they make me feel smarter and can convey my meaning better, and I have an obsesion with following the rule of 3 in everything just because I like it.
I just want to say that nothing I will post or say that comes directly from me will not, and has never been AI generated. I am a passionate hater of AI and find it simply disgusting that people rely on it so much in daily life. Granted, from a grammatical standpoint, AI is probably much better than I am, but honestly I feel like having grammatical and spelling errors is one of the only ways I can truely show my humanity.
