Honestly this is the funniest ask I've ever received please never be sorry for this

I would say at the rate he takes care of his dick I'm kinda sure he wouldn't let it get that bad.

But I will also say for the purpose of entertainment it's highly possible there'd be a good period of time where he's just too lazy to wash anything and just let it sit there.

Like, at first he doesn't care about it until one day (maybe after masturbating) he puts his finger down there and gives it a firm swipe. If his finger comes back up and there's crusty or grimy shit on it he'd be disgusted into (almost) never letting it happen again (he does do it again) and hops straight into the shower.

He's a dramatic guy, to be honest. He'd take care of himself until for the most part he gets too lazy to. Then, when his own funk disturbs him enough, he'll do something about it and hop back onto the taking care of himself for a long while phase. It's a cycle.

And I have a feeling his parents would hop on the circumcision trend and Joesph would have been circumcised. His dick is pretty when he keeps it clean, I'll give him that.
