not to mention, um, that one potential f/o that i've been keeping... so this one song i was listening to... it got me thinkin:

it made me think... what if we... i mean, he... was trying to court me, but i was already about to marry someone... but he... killed him so he could marry me instead???? would he? idk? maybe? probably? (because of course it's that type of guy!) but the thought? is there? and i mean i didnt love the guy THAT MUCH ..... it was a transactional thing because 1500s anyway

i tried to run away from him, but ultimately we end up back together, and because of just, the way the song is written, i imagined apologizing to him even though i never wanted to be his, at least not so soon... of course i liked him a bit... he was cunning, and interesting. and i knew he wanted me. literally i was groveling,  , ,, i was groveling, apologizing that i would ever dare to abandon him after all he's done for me. he's given me a home and a new life... he's been merciful, above all else... (idk if that truly happens, it's just the lyrics made me imagine it that way,)
