The very fact that sherlollians believe they have meta for their ship is hilarious.
There’s 8 minutes of Molly (nice url name by the way, they took it as a dig to us, but we think that’s cute) on average. Compared with the amount of screen time that John Watson has, the difference is astounding. Even when the screen time doesn’t involve being with Sherlock, John is the obvious winner here.
How can we expect to believe that they have meta’d looks, scenes, moments - all of which they claim is proof that their ship is canon? Do we have to bring out the chart of Molly’s time with Sherlock verses John’s time with Sherlock? Calling it a meta library is a bit of a stretch, if you’ve ever read metas on Johnlock, TJLC, etc. You could sit for hours gaining knowledge on that stuff, meanwhile if you looked up metas of Molly + Sherlock, you could cook a poptart and and call it a day.
And when we say shit like this, this is their counter-attack:
“We have heavily researched meta that spans along the time of days because it’s so phenomenal and life changing BUT we’re not gonna show it to you because you may have a heart attack.”
Puh-leeze. Johnlockers survived s4. You really should look at the motherload of shit we created on just The Six Thatchers alone. Seriously, do it. Go ahead, we’ll wait, go look. We’re sure we can handle reading whatever is in your measly library.
We’re also pretty sure that heavily researched meta is just a bunch of doodles of kittens and poorly drawn stick figures of Molly Hooper giving flowers to the sunshine.
Otherwise, if this meta that they boast about exists, why are they so reluctant to shove it in our faces? They shove other things, why not their proof? They seem so confident that they can prove their ship is canon, but why do they not DO IT??
You know the answer.
