after doof, who's your favorite character?
I only really have one overall favorite character (Doof), and then it splits into categories since the PnF cast are all so great! Buford is my favorite kid, Stacy is my favorite teen, and Lawrence is my favorite adult!
#when it comes to pnf i guess my favorites are the characters who make me laugh the most#.......huh#phineas is too pure for me to laugh at him.....ferb usually does more slapstick style stuff...isabella & vanessa are too cool.....#i usually just feel bad for candace...jeremy is usually just nice...linda lacks chaotic energy...perry's simultaneously too cool & pobrecito#i think i relate to doof enough to not have the 'feel bad for him' aspect overwhelm the absurdity of some of the things he does#and he's also one of the characters we know the most about because he's constantly talking about his motivations and goals#(and we get shown via flashbacks even some of the UNCONSCIOUS reasons he does things)#buford feels to me like the next most complex + humorous character so if doof didn't exist he'd probably be my favorite#....but doof does exist and far outstrips buford so alas i still don't have a second favorite just a back-up first favorite#(which are different categories in my mind)#my favoritism is like: Doof (80) Buford (10) Stacy (7) Lawrence (5)#(ignore the fact that those numbers don't add up to 100 Lawrence doesn't feel like a 3 so he's not pbbffffft)#buford is technically 'second' but the margin is so wide and so close to stacy's Is He Really#to put it in psych terms buford's effect size isn't large enough despite being significant Bwahaha#asks#anon
