Does anyone else have this problem when changing their icon or header/banner picture?

I go to settings to change the header and icon pictures. But every single time I do, it breaks any links I have in my description. So after I put in new pictures, I go to fix the description. But after I do this, it changes the header picture back to the old one for some reason. 

Then I’m in this loop of “okay let me upload the header picture again, whoops there goes the description messing up let me fix that, oh great the header picture is the old one again...” and it never ends

It’s such a pain in the butt. Happens with me for other blogs too. Every time too, I’m not joking. Is this just me?
