theres this part of the real estate buying/selling process called "wholesaling"
not every transaction when you buy property is a wholesale transaction, but a lot of times it is.
anyways some wholesalers are bigger companies and some of them are just individuals. basically anybody can get into wholesaling, it's a really good line of work for like...picture a very dependable car salesman lmfao. but a lot of the times it's the same assholes you'd see doing an MLM of some kind.
anyways, i found a subreddit for wholesalers. and there's this guy on there posting his email saying he's a "cash buyer" and asking wholesalers to send him contracts. he's posting his gmail and everything. wants property in FL, TX, but really he's not picky. any markets. send him contracts.
for context, a cash buyer is big money. that's not a lender deal, you don't need a mortgage for this. no no. cash buyers have the liquid capital in cash NOW.
and an investor with this much capital? posting on reddit with a fucking GMAIL email and not like a business or company of ANY KIND??? like i've seen investors with WORDPRESS pages better than this!
& anyways that made me curious so i googled the company name in the reddit username and it matches with a russian instagram so HMMMMMM?????? 👀
