Maybe something hurt/comforty with Fell Corrin? I feel bad that she seems to be in pain a lot and I want someone to give her a big hug and help her cope with the pain + cope with having to deal with her dragon side.

♡ Corrin is ever so afraid of reaching out to you. She’s hurt people before and she can do it again, she knows very well, so she stays away. If she were to hurt anyone, if she were to hurt you… She doesn’t know if she’d be able to forgive herself.
♡ She tends to frequent dark places. Empty corners, abandoned rooms, underneath tables and so on. They make her feel a little bit better, as if the darkness in her is merely a part of the outside world, not herself.
♡ You’d have to seek her out at first. Corrin is ever so weary, but she can’t bring herself to run away. If she ruined the relationship she treasures so much, her heart would break even more than it already has.
♡ Corrin slowly grows more comfortable with talking about it. It’s nice to verbalize her thoughts for a change, to let some sort of something out.
♡ Talking with you also makes her feel more… normal. Like there’s nothing to worry about. And then the pain flares up again and she’s reminded of what she can do and what she shouldn’t do.
♡ Physical contact is a gradual thing. She can hurt you more with her hands on you, she reasons, but just a little can’t hurt, such that she focuses extra hard…
♡ If you comb her hair, run your fingers through it ever so gently, Corrin finds herself a bit calmer. It’s soothing and she finds she can lose her focus but still stay in control this way.
♡ She appreciates hugs as well. Although she’ll try not to touch your skin, she can still feel how warm you are. Sometimes it makes her sad instead of happy like it’s supposed to, those days are usually the worst.
♡ The one thing she hates most is that she can’t touch you as a lover would, she just can’t. Holding hands is fine, but kissing or anything more is just unthinkable… You deserve better, she says. You deserve much more than someone like her.
♡ What makes it all worth it is her smile. It’s been gone for so long, hidden beneath clouds of pain and unhappiness, yet sometimes just your presence can make Corrin’s mouth curve the littlest bit upwards. It’s slow and not always steady, but there’s progress. Things are going to get better.
