conversation between my partner and I the other day. bear in mind I have a very strong (North) Irish accent:

me: yeah, like. stop being such a cuwrd, you know? Vestris: what was that? me: what was what? Vestris: that last word? I didn’t catch it. me: ...cuwrd? Vestris: yeah. what is it? me: it’s... it’s cuwrd. Vestris: ??? me: cuwrd. I literally can't say it any other way. Vestris: give me an example? me: like when you're being cuwrdly? Vestris: Vestris: OH 

I was trying to say “coward” but I cannot for the life of me make that word into two syllables 😔
