Wisper and Beom-Seok are probably drinking buds.
Like "Let's go drink five beers and twelve strong alcohol after work, bro" drinking buds. However, they probably have a system on who gets to be the sober one on each drinking night so that they make sure the other gets home safely.
Wisper probably takes on sober duty majority of the times while Beom-Seok drinks away.
Yeah.
