HOW TO MAKE DEM FANCY DASHCONS FERGIE STYLE
1. get an image . it can either be already rendered or you you can render it yourself . to save time i got one already rendered . 2. go ahead and get your circle . you can use any shape but i tend to go for circle . 3. is optional but i enjoy adding dashed lines around my circle . you can see the settings for it in the image 4. duplicate the image and mask the bottom one over the solid circle then size the images down together . 5. use the eraser tool to erase the bits of the top image so that it blends in to the circle . then make a “frame animation” & copy the frame 6. copy the frame before you resize the image as 100x100 . once you make the image 100x100 you can paste the layers again using “paste frames” in the circled option . 7. now for your psd . make sure you make it into a “frame animation” and copy the frames . 8. paste the frames over your current icon frame and delete any unwanted layers like borders or caps & whatnot until all the psd covers the image . make sure all of your psd is in a folder and once in a folder go down to that circled tool under the layers area . looks like a square with a circle in it . 9. merge the top image , bottom image masked , and the circle . click on the image layer and use the wand tool ( circled over on the left ) and click the transparent space around the image . 10 . with the transparent area still “selected???” ( idk what to call it lol ) click on the psd folder . use the eraser tool again ( settings are circled where the colours are ) and erase away the “selected” are you did with the wand tool . it should look like the finished product above !!! at that point you can add anything else like text or other details .
