Public appearances had connected Ren Amamiya to both Kamoshida’s volley ball team and to Madarame’s final student -- Yusuke Kitagawa. And now footage from public security cams placed Ren and two of Kamoshida’s victims at Madarame’s Shack in the days leading up to his ‘confession’. Of course it all made sense... Ren had a motive for twisting the hearts of potentially innocent people. Maybe it was just a matter of time before that unnamed victim of his ‘stepped into the light’. And while it certainly wasn’t enough evidence to convict Ren just yet, it was enough to trigger her hyper-protective big sister -- possibly in love with her little sister -- mode.
What she saw when she rushed upstairs however, she was NOT prepared for. Red eyes widened in shock, a gasp extricating from her throat as she froze up. “Sorry, I...” Despite the apology -- and despite Sae’s best efforts -- her eyes lingered for but a second too long taking in her sister’s newly-matured form.
