0222 - Corsola
The Coral Pokemon
Water - Rock
2' - Around the height of an Alligator.
11 lbs - Around the weight of a Badger.
From the Johto region.
Mainly female species.
Has a Galarian form
Info:
Corsola continually grow and shed their branches, and they are also quite brittle even at their base, easily breaking off but quickly growing back.
Because Corsola's branches glitter in 7 beautiful colors when they catch sunlight, they are prized as treasures by people, and are thought of as charms to promote safe childbirth, and by Mareanie who pursue Corsola who then snap off their own branches to escape (and you will find in Alola, where Mareanie are plentiful, that Corsola tend to have stumpier branches).
In southern sea nations, groups of peoples have lived in communities built on what groups of Corsola can provide.
Corsola require clean water to live, as they absorb nutrients from the water, so when it becomes polluted, they become dull and their body crumbles.
When it is warm, Corsola congregate north, but when the temperature falls they move south.
