My flowers!
The marigolds I just brought home because they were on clearance sale since they already bloomed(?)
My favorite blue plumbago are starting to come out! The store had small pints of the same type also on clearance (idk why. they looked small but perfectly healthy otherwise) so I bought two more.
The red flower plant (forgot the name) is super resilient. I can't tell you how many times I forgot to water, watched the leaves brown and brittle, and come back to life like this.
the jasmine! I love jasmine and their scent is so lovely. Honestly, probably my favorite thing in the garden right now because it reminds me of the garden my maternal grandparents had.
The clearance sale camellia pair that isn't expected to bloom until late fall. there are so many flower buds! I'm very excited for them to come out and shine.
Everything in this long planter was on its last leg when I picked them up. I could probably search and find out but why do they put plants/flowers on clearance? These dianthus and succulents came back so quickly.
This lavender plant was nearly gone. It lost its fullness during the fall/winter and also because there was a period when I was irresponsible and didn't water regularly. It regained its color a few months ago and now look at it!
This plant! I absolutely forgot what sort of flower it was but it was yellow and it was also very near death at the start of fall last year. Look at how full and green it is now and all of the flowers sprouting! I wasn't expecting it but I had hope!
Taking care of flowers is so rewarding. They make me happy.
