Dry, Adored, Delicious - AJ
They were staring beside the withered lake, it's been a long while since last time they ate something. "At least some water or liquid!" Tom growled with full-disappointment in his voice, he tried to grabbed the fireweed but cut himself a bit. "Damn!"
Dawn looked at Tom, smurked, then smelled a bit the air and pointed at a random direction, "It shouldn't be too far from here." there seemed having a warehouse in the woods, "We better hurry." It thundered from the distance.
Just in time, they came in front of the house, it sudden rained really hard. Tom kicked the door down and walked in. There's an opened wardrobe had some preserved foods inside. Tom squated down in front of it and took a bag of dry toast, pulled the toast out and tore it apart, one for Dawn and one for himself. "Keep it yourself," Dawn pushed up a rolling steel door, trying to discover more stuff, "I adored your courage, but I prefer something more elegant." he smiled and saw Tom ate all the toast, "How's that?" he walked into another room.
"Delicious!" Tom joked, they both laughed out loud, "This whole house was abandoned already, there's nothing left." Tom sat on a couch tried to persuade Dawn to sit with him and get some rest. The rain fell harder and louder, Tom's not sure if Dawn heard him or not, things started getting too blurry to see clearly, or was it just because he felt dizzy again for no reason?
"...wait, Dawn? Why would you know this place?" Everything looked vague, there's a person coming closer.
