Hello and happy Monday! Trying to drag my butt through this workday. Slow and steady. A few more hours to go.

Kicked off the week with a decent workout this morning. We grilled up a ton of chicken breast this afternoon, half of which we seasoned with what is unequivocally the tastiest seasoning ever, Sazonador Total, and half of which we tossed with buffalo sauce.

Well. I didn’t realize Franks red hot wing sauce came in different levels of heat. And halfway into my buffalo chicken salad I realized that I bought the second spiciest sauce variety. WOOF. So tasty, but so so spicy. I just downed 48 ounces of water easy, and still going. Bonus hydration.
