😊 Asis-Tobe Panthenol Facial Cleanser.It is a Korean brand meant for sensitive skin.transparent gel does foam up after rubbing it with some water. Make sure to foam it up to reduce the PH of the cleanser. It has ph of 6 without the foaming. The foam becomes ph of 5 (my water ph of 7) so I guess this cleanser is welcomed for someone looking for low PH cleanser that doesn't disturb the moisture barrier of the normal skin. Asis-Tobe Panthenol Facial Cleanser is very light and reminds me of a popular men hair cream which I like but then scent is different for everyone.
