Sitting cross-legged by the flower crown stall, he was following the given instructions but ignoring the few strangers attending the same lesson. A length of grapevine wire was wrapped around his head. Once he marked where to cut between his fingers, Hajime pulled the wire from his hair and turned his free hand toward Kenzaki.

“Hand that to me when you’re done,” he said, indicating the pair of scissors with a nod of his head.

If there was something before this dark, damp place, Hajime couldn’t remember it. Once awareness hit, he jumped to his feet. Rough stone walls and floors were nothing like his room beneath Jacaranda---he couldn’t recall how he’d gotten here, but he knew it wasn’t where he was meant to be. Calmly scanning the area from floor to what he could see of the ceiling was his first approach to figuring it out, but panic crept in at the strange, illuminated writing that appeared on his arm. “Not you alone”. Were Amane and Haruka dropped here with him?

The shadows didn’t give away any figures nearby. It didn’t feel like he’d been given enough time to study the area for danger, but he couldn’t wait any longer. A quick decision later, and he took off running a distance behind where he’d woken up. The hallway stretched on, and yet... for some reason, he could no longer move ahead after he reached a certain point. Sprinting didn’t change the fact that he wasn’t moving forward; in fact, he felt like he was sliding backward little by little.

When his frustration peaked, he stopped the futile fight against thin air and turned and hurried in the opposite direction. Any more invisible walls would be dealt with as they came. He didn’t have the time. “Fight” wasn’t a comforting instruction when only one of them was a capable fighter, and he had to find Haruka and Amane to protect them. Concern over what dangers calling out to them might bring kept him silent.

Ahead, the hallway turned much sooner. He set his hand against the wall to propel him around the corner quicker. There was a break in the narrow surroundings then, branching the path out to both the left and right as well as forward. He was about to decide which route to take when a figure appeared around the corner ahead of him, one familiar but unexpected enough to stop him where he stood. 

“K---Kenzaki---?!”

A break in the silence of all but his feet was enough to earn something else’s attention. Hajime’s head snapped to the side, wary of the sudden third party. A humanoid form much too large to be a true human stirred in the hallway off to his left, light from a torch fixed to the wall glinting off its metal body. The armored figure itself began to glow red-hot at the indication of intruders.

There really was no time for anything here, even for a proper reunion.

Akin to what should be considered a variety of spells and the cards what channel said power, Kenzaki uses his set to either inflict damage or boost his parameters (from physical strength to elemental spells). His main abilities depend upon these and his fast access on them.

Its rank would increase if he were to be summoned under the Saber Class (lingering between B-C rank, befitting of leading a country), as a Rider he merely increases his leadership skills.

All creatures but those of Phantasmal Beast and Divine Beast-rank can be used as mounts. While he never presented these abilities while alive, its a given of his own class. 

Noble Phantasm: Blay Buckle

As opposed to his vast amount of spells, the access to his abilities can be found within his belt. As someone whose powers depend upon this item, he cannot be considered quite the reliable servant - if anything, it devours a vast amount of prana! Once summoned, Kenzaki remains entirely under his armor and could even qualify as a Berserker (which would not be advised, Joker is no laughing matter!). Since he can access to a variety of them because of his cards, it’s more likely that he can appear under the Saber class if summoned under his King Form.

While possible of accessing it in Rider class, it depends highly on his Master’s capacities. 

His Blay rouzer is what should be his main offensive weapon, a sword in other words but it may as well not be considered a Noble Phantasm since it is but a mere weapon. He alone can wield it, but it is not quite lethal (unless boosted with spells) and neither what should be labeled legendary.
