Emotion scale:
I don't know if some people judge their emotion levels or if they do and don't know it or what, but I'm gonna say I do. This comes up now because I don't know where I'm at and I need to find it. I write it here in case it helps others.
This works based on intensity, not happy/sad.
10: I don't freaking know. You're at the top edge of manic. Absolute most.
On my scale, anything over 90 (or 9 if on a ten-point) is that manic tone to your feeling.
Highs for emotions lay at about 80.
70 could be considered a normal level of feeling. Definite. No trouble naming it, no should think different at this level, it is clear.
60 is you're not quite there, but you're feeling it. You're not technically faking in a crowd.
50 is where your emotions are low in level. You're feeling it, if negative you wallow, if positive it is just a backlight to your day. Fake it to make it.
40 is that low-key level of feeling. You're the vaguest notion, but it's easily dismissed.
I put neutral (it feels different than indifference to me for some reason) at about 30.
20 is complete, no-denying-it indifference.
Under 10, I would say past the point of indifference to 'you may be a rock, dude'.
