Best part of today, maybe even this whole week, was sitting down alone to watch TV after having eaten homemade chicken curry and doing the dishes. Snuggled with my dog, and a hot water bottle, watching cartoons until I was falling asleep. Had a good week. There were moments of tiredness that made me feel a bit hopeless but as predicted, getting some recharge time massively remedied that. It was great to be able to take out my contact lenses early this afternoon, my eyes already feel so much better. I've been able to layer up my moisturiser tonight as well, it feels good to have a bare face. I'm feeling better with my PPI pills for my ulcer. I think within 1 week the panging will stop, from memory. At least it didn't get as bad as last time! It's nice being able to use a hot water bottle on my back too, that does help.
