Went to the farm shop and got ourselves a cauliflower!! The pink one was lush last week .. so went back for more ... and of course they were all gone !!so snagged this fella .. weirdest cauliflower I ve ever seen .. looks amazing and so pretty .. I m going to be sad to eat it ( but not that sad 🤣🤣) covered in homemade cheese sauce ( gluten free ) . Then a stock up of other veg too - . I m saving my parsnips and carrots to grow bigger - I want to harvest them when I harvest the cabbages - a few with each cabbage for dinner - a while to go for the cabbages though ! 😭. . Yellow courgettes are still trying to give out more in the polytunnel bless them .. 💕 between those and the tomatoes I ve been amazed this year !! But next year going even bigger ! No space wasted !
